HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Editing Standard Transactions is not restricting Payment Methods to the Account's Entity
When adding a new or editing a "Quote" Account, the Standard Transaction wizard (reached by drilling down on the Financial page) was not limiting the available Payment Methods (e.g., for a Deposit's Investment value) based on the Account's Entity.
