HTML Widgets; New Account wizard; Now allows Clients to be entered directly into grid

The New Account wizard HTML Widget now allows Clients to be entered directly into the grid by entering the Client's Id in the Client column.

To view a Client Summary, the Client's Name can now be clicked (previously you could click the Client Id but, because this can now be edited, this has had to change).

The following HTML Widgets have been updated:
