Account Applications; Detailed Drivers Licence details added to Applicants

Previously, Applicants only had the following Driver Licence details stored against the Applicant:

• Licence Number
• Issuer
• Expiry Date

The remainder of the details were then required to be stored in User Data. This is no longer required.

The following fields have been added:

• Special Type
• Family Name
• Other Names
• Date of Birth

The Account Application Applicant form has been updated to use these new fields. Note that the "Special Type" (caption is "Licence Type") field may be locked if the Drivers Licence Identification Type in Global Settings has been specified. This is because this particular Identification Type dictates the Licence Type, not the User.

This is also the Identification Type that is used when creating a Client record from the Applicant.
