HTML Widget; New Individual Client; Updated to ignore Client age check

The New Individual Client HTML Widget was preventing Clients under 18 from being added.

This restriction has been commented out (the code remains for example purposes) since it is the responsibility of the New Account wizard (or the Accept/ Decline wizard) to enforce Client age restrictions.

The Date of Birth has also been updated to display the Age to the right.
