Summary Pages; Resource Images can be added to Summary Pages using WikiText

Resources of type "Image" can now be added directly to Summary Pages using the following WikiText command:

{{ResourceImage resourceId='imageId' width='200'}}

Note: The width parameter applies as a max-width, so the image will not stretch if it is smaller than what has been specified. If unspecified, the width is assumed to be 200 pixels.
