HTML Widgets; Action Update Request; Action and Decline columns hidden when there are no Update Requests to process
When there are no actionable Update Requests on a Log (either they have been actioned, declined or are invalid) the "Action" and "Decline" columns are now hidden from the grid.
This helps keep the grid concise and further highlights that there is nothing left to do on the page.
