HTML Widgets; Bank Entry wizard; Error if Batch is deleted after the wizard has been launched with a default Batch Id

If the Bank Entry wizard HTML Widget is launched with a default Batch Id to display, e.g., after importing the Batch or running in from the Test button on the Scripts form and specifying a Batch Id then deleting the Batch (from the second page of the wizard) will result in an error being displayed when the wizard returns to the first page.

The error is along the lines of:

Failed to execute custom Web Service.

Failed to execute HTML Widget Script 'HtmlWidget:BankEntry'.

Script execution failed for Script 'HtmlWidget:BankEntry'.
