Secured Signing Electronic Signatures; not working without making changes for Branch/ Cost Centres

Secured Signing Electronic Signatures were not working because of changes introduced in version 3.3.0 regarding Branches/ Cost Centres . For more information on the change see Knowledgebase Article 16898.

The following message is shown "Failed to execute Secured Signing 'SmartTag Send' service. Failed to validate Request. 1. Invalid Branch specified".

Note, this issue only applies to the initial Send Smart Tag request for Secured Signing.

This issue has been fixed, so Documents no longer need to be updated and will use the Global Cost Centre.
