Account Applications; Revolving Credit Applications did not handle manual Maturity Dates correctly

Revolving Credit Account Applications where the Maturity Date is manually set were not calculating correctly when modifying a Quote. Using the built-in "Edit Quote Financial Details" form, specifying a Maturity Date and closing the form would lose the Maturity Date, prompting the User to recalculate financials.

This has now been fixed, and the Maturity Date is now persisted correctly.
