Auditing Chargeable/ Non-Chargeable Activities; updated options under Global Settings

The chargeable and non-chargeable activity auditing options found under Global Settings, Auditing group have been updated.

The following new auditing options have been added:

• Chargeable Activities
• Accounting Interface
• Bank Interface (for future development)
• Non-Chargeable Activities
• Accounting Interface
• Bank Interface (for future development)
• SMS

Note, the Accounting Interface was incorrectly using the Security Register auditing options.
