Client Details Report; missing Individual Number and GST Number

The Client Details Report was missing the Individual Number and GST Number for individuals.

This means, for example, a United Kingdom (GB) database does not show the National Identity Number and VAT Number for individuals.

In addition the Client List Query now includes IndividualNumber and GstNumber columns.
