Database upgrade; upgrading from 3.0 or 3.1 directly to 3.3 did not copy new 3.2 Cost Centre settings

There was an issue when upgrading from a version 3.0 or 3.1 database directly to a version 3.3 database. Settings moved from Global Settings to Cost Centres in 3.2 were not moved.

Note, upgrading from a version 3.2 to 3.3 database works okay.

The following credentials were not copied from Global Settings to "Global" Cost Centre:

• Adobe Sign
• DocuSign
• Secured Signing
• MotorWeb NZ
• NZ Government
