HTML Widgets; Account Payment; Payment Fee calculation fixed

The Account Payment HTML Widget was not calculating the Payment Fee correctly if the Payment Method was configured to charge a fee. This has been corrected, allowing the fee to calculate as expected.

Note: This was occurring when an Account did not have a Payment Method configured against the Account. Therefore, the Account Payment HTML Widget initialised blank, and the User has to select a Payment Method manually. If a Payment Method is configured against the Account, then the HTML Widget initialises with these details prepopulated.
