Account Applications; UserDecimal columns truncated to an Integer value

An Account Application's User Data can support saving values into UserDecimal0 through 9. This is done via the data schema "Mapping" definitions.

However, the data saved into UserDecimal columns is truncated to an integer - it should be saved as a decimal value.
