HTML Widgets; Wizards could still move forward even when mandatory Dates were not entered

Wizard style HTML Widgets could still move forward to the next page even when mandatory Dates were not entered.

This happened when the HTML Widget was run from within finPOWER Connect and finPOWER Connect Cloud (which uses its own version of the DateBox control).
