Pending Service Requests Wizard; Not processing DocuSign Electronic Signature requests

The Pending Service Requests Wizard ignores DocuSign Electronic Signature requests.

DocuSign items are shown, but the following error message displays "One or more items were not updated, Please review the error information in the grid". No errors are reported in the grid.
