HTML Widgets; Standardise Parameters for 'Security Statement' HTML Widgets

Parameters for the system-supplied "Security Statement" HTML Widgets have been standardised. This includes:

• Dropdown lists for selecting Record Ids.
• Removing Mandatory Parameters (the HTML Widget Script will handle if required).
• Max Width and Max Height have been set where previously missing.
