HTML Widgets; Grids; Cells now have a 'notApplicable' property which makes then read-only, hides the value and hatches the cell.

A new cell property of .notApplicable can be applied to cells in the grid's InitializeRow event. This causes the cell to be read-only, the value to be hidden and the cell background hatched.

This is used in the Bank Entry HTML Widget to signify cells that are not applicable based on the Payment Method selected in the grid row.
