HTML Widgets; Grid buttons; Checked button styling updated

Buttons below widget.UI.Grids in HTML Widgets (represented by the Grid's Actions) can have a "checked" property to indicate that they can be toggled on or off.

The styling of "checked" button now uses the Theme colours when the HTML Widget is displayed in finPOWER Connect Cloud.
