HTML Widgets; DBCombo; RefreshFromCodeDescriptionList not reliably updating the Description

When calling the RefreshFromCodeDescriptionList method of the widget.UI.DBCombo control, the Description to the right of the code was not being updated when using the mouse to select items in the list.

This was demonstrated in the Bank Import HTML Widget when selecting the Service.
