Credit Enquiry Responses; added new property IsReport to indicate the response includes a Credit Report

A new property "IsReport" has been added to all classes that are based on ISCreditEnquiryResponse.

This property indicates that the response includes a Credit Report. For example, the Centrix NZ response for Consumer Update Enquiry Reason will return False because it does not include a Credit Report.
