Database Upgrade; from version 3.3, databases will only be able to be upgraded from 3.0

The database upgrade now only supports upgrading from version 3.00 and higher.

This means that if you are upgrading from a version of finPOWER Connect prior to 3.00 you will first have to install version 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2, upgrade your database, then install version 3.3 and upgrade again.

Note, version 3.0 has been available since July 2016.
