Credit Sense; Supplemental Report download may report it failed and not create a Client Log

The Credit Sense Bank Account Enquiry Supplemental Report download may report it failed with the following message "Failed to load Bank Account Enquiry supplemental Report."

Note, the Report was actually downloaded successfully and is available from the Summary Page - but a separate Client Log is not added.
