"Friendly Name" can now be added to Accounts and Account Applications

A "Friendly Name" can now be configured for Accounts and Account Applications.

This can be used by Portals or External Applications to give Clients the ability to name their own Accounts and/ or Account Applications whatever they like, up to a limit of 50 characters.

Friendly Names can also be maintained on the Account and Account Application Forms, on the "Web" page.

The Account_Summary and AccountApp_Summary Standard Blocks have been updated to display the Friendly Name when one has been assigned.
