Statistic Types; User Flag A and B properties added

The Statistic Types form now allows two User Defined flags to be set, 'User Flag A' and 'User Flag B'. These are checkboxes, and the captions can be defined under Global Settings, Statistic Types, General page.

These are not used internally by finPOWER Connect, but can be used by Scripts and external applications.
