finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Progressive Web App (PWA) options added

A new General, PWA page is available on the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form.

This allows Progressive Web App options to be specified.

If enabled (the default), a special manifest file will be built that can be used by iOS and Android device that allow finPOWER Connect Cloud to be added to the Home Screen and function in much the same way as an App Store App.
