Portals; Client Connect Portal Sample has been added.

A sample Portal has been added to the Templates/Portals folder of the finPOWER Connect installation directory.

The Portal replaces the old Client Connect Web Application, and may be imported to finPOWER Connect and run if the database is licenced for Portals.
