Portals; New Tag1, Tag2 and Tag3 properties for pages

Portal Pages can now define three custom Tags.

These are text fields up to 255 characters in length and their use is not defined.

Tags can be inserted into pages using page tags, e.g., <%PageTag1%>.

They can also be used by Scripts.
