Tax Certificate document; may fail with a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error

The Tax Certificate document may fail with an error like "Failed to publish Client Log. Failed to publish Document Logs. Failed to publish non-batched Logs for Document 'TC' Failed to execute Event Script for Document 'TC', event 'Publish'. Script execution failed for Script 'Document_TC'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

This occurs if the Client Log is not a true Tax Certificate, i.e. a general Document log.

Tax Certificates should not be used as a general Document that can be sent to a Client.

"Deposit_TaxCertificate.xml" has been updated to version 1.04 on 1/11/2019.
