Scripts; Import Special; HTML Widgets not always respecting Licence options

The following HTML Widgets were being displayed, even if the database was not licenced for their required modules:

• Account Maturity Instruction Change wizard (Requires Deposits)
• Workflow Close Wizard (Requires Workflows)
• Workflow Edit form (Requires Workflows)

These HTML Widgets will now only display in the list if the database is licenced for the required modules.
