Proxy Server; enhance Proxy Server error message

The error message returned from an error that might be related to an incorrect Proxy Server setup has been enhanced.

Previous the message include the text "Your Proxy Server settings ([Proxy Name]) are incorrect".

This has been changed to either:

Your Proxy Server settings are incorrect. Using host '[Proxy Name]', port [Proxy Port].
or
Your Proxy Server settings are incorrect. Using address '[Proxy Address]'.
