Xero API Interface; fails with "Line Items total amount must be greater than zero" error

The Xero API General Ledger Interface may fail with the message "Line Items total amount must be greater than zero".

Note, this occurs before any transactions have been sent to Xero.

The issue was grouped Bank Transactions were not correctly adjusted for negative values.
