Security Statement Item HTML Widget; Motor Vehicle VIN is now validated.

The system-supplied Security Statement Item HTML Widget has been updated to allow validation of the VIN when the Security Type is Motor Vehicle. This validation occurs when the Security Item is being saved, and will only happen if the VIN has changed from the value on the database.

The validation will always occur when adding a Motor Vehicle Security Item from the New Loan Application HTML Widget.
