Workflows; Other Actions; Send Document causes an Unhandled Exception
Sending an ad-hoc Document to a Workflow using the Send Document action on the Workflows form caused an unhandled exception.
This is also the case when attempting to charge a fee against other types such as ad-hoc Outgoing Communication actions.
