Bank Accounts; pre-configured Import services use duplicate codes

When adding preconfigured Bank Account Import services the following two services used the same Service Id (Code) "WBCCASHAPP".

• WBC Cash Applied File (Including Surcharge)
• WBC Cash Applied File (Net Payment)

The preconfigured service now adds these as WBCCASHAPG and WBCCASHAPN respectively.
