Credit Bureau Defaults wizard; Manually entering a Loan Account may show Date as "01/01/0001"

In the Credit Bureau Defaults wizard, manually entering a Loan Account may default the Date column as "01/01/0001", and then change to "01/01/2001".

This occurs if the Account is not overdue.

Note, this now leaves the date blank.
