Account Processes; new option to confirm Quotation Credit Enquiries

Account Processes has a new option to confirm Quotation Credit Enquiries.

Note, this has been added because there can be instances whereby an Account is not confirmed when it is opened. For example, if the Account is opened via a scripted process and that process is in a database transaction.

Note, this option only applies to New Zealand databases.
