Account Tax Category Change grid; now shows
In the Account Tax Category Change history grid, where the Tax Category has been reset to blank (to indicate to use the default from the Client), it was just showing as blank.
This has been changed to show "[Client Default]" in italics to clearly indicate the change made.
In addition the Account Tax Category Change HTML widget has been updated to show this as well.
