Global Settings; Proxy Server not loaded
On the Global Settings, General group, Internet page the "Proxy Server" setting was not loaded.
This effectively means the Global Settings "Proxy Server" setting cannot be used.
As a workaround you may define the Proxy Server details under User Preferences.
