User Logs form; When opened from an Application Shortcut, now defaults the User dropdown to the current User

When opening the User Log form via a FormShow type Application Shortcut, the User dropdown appeared blank.

This has been updated to default to the current User (as it does when opened via the button on the Task Manager form, User Logs tab).
