Floating Interest Rate Change wizard; restrict Accounts to filter by the Account Type in range lookup

In the Floating Interest Rate Change wizard, on the Filters page the Lookup Accounts button now restricts the list of Accounts to the Account Type selected on the previous page.

Note, in addition, the Product Types range filter has been removed.
