Files; New Permission Keys added to hide the Open Folder button

A series of new Permission Keys have been added to hide the Open Folder button on the Files page of Account, Account Application, Client, Security Statement, Security Item and User forms.

Note, the Open Folder button will now only show on the Account form, Files page if:

• "Account.Files.OpenFolder" is allowed.
• AND either "Account.Files.Add" or "Account.Files.Open" is allowed

The full list of new Permission Keys are:

• AccountApp.Files.OpenFolder
• Client.Files.OpenFolder
• SecurityItem.Files.OpenFolder
• SecurityStmt.Files.OpenFolder
• User.Files.OpenFolder
