Portals; Resources; Script Function Library; Build button not working

The Build button on "Script Function Library" type Portal Resources did nothing.

It now displays a message indicating that Script Function Libraries cannot be built on their own to check compilation issues. Rather they must be checked by building a Page or the main Portal's Script Code.

NOTE: This functionality is only available when viewing a Resource via the IDE page.
