Cost Centres; some settings not being updated when Cost Centre changed

When a Credit Bureau request is created the Branch and therefore Cost Centre is used to define credentials for the web API request. However, some settings, see below, were not necessarily updated for the relevant Cost Centre.

This means the incorrect setting may be used.
