Account Applications; Quotation Credit Enquiries not confirmed
Credit Enquiries for Account Applications may not be confirmed when creating and opening the Account. This occurs if the Account is Accepted but not first saved as a "Quote" Account.
The reason is the Accept process is within a database transaction, and finPOWER Connect restricts the use of web service calls whilst in a database transaction.
Note; this issue may also be present when scripting adding/ opening an Account or Account Application and the script uses its own database transaction.
