Gembox Spreadsheet software component; updated to version 45.0.35.1019

The Gembox Spreadsheet component files have been updated to version 45.0.35.1019. This includes a few minor fixes and enhancements.

In particular this fixes an issue with copying sheets containing charts. Previously this might error with "An item with the same key has already been added".

Note, this component is used in the ISExcelWorkbook Business Layer objects and is used to export data to Excel.
