Tax Period Reconciliation Report; updated Parameters

The Parameters for the Tax Period Reconciliation Report have been updated so they are better supported in the finPOWER Connect Cloud.

"Tax Period" and "Entity" are no longer mandatory, but are validated for correctness at the point where the Report is run, i.e. that the User has selected either an Entity or a Tax Period.

Note, finPOWER Connect Desktop will continue to dynamically update fields (where necessary) as they are changed by the User.
