Quick Search; Filtered out Clients now hide action buttons

When performing a Quick Search, all Clients are searched, regardless of whether the current User's filters (or External Party restrictions) prevent the User from accessing that Client.

This is by design and only shows a subset of Client details plus a warning which has now been clarified to read "You do not have permission to view this Client's full details."

Action buttons to add Logs and send Email and SMS messages have now been hidden for "filtered out" Clients.
