finAccountTransaction; added AccountingPeriodPk property

A new property "AccountingPeriodPk" has been added to finAccountTransaction.

This is the Primary Key of the Account Period the Transaction was exported in.

Whilst this value has always been available in the database on the AccountTransaction table, it was not accessible directly in the Business Layer object finAccountTransaction.
