Addressing; Removed non-supported URL addresses from dropdown in Global Settings

Under Global Settings, Clients group, Addressing page the dropdown lists from Address Map URLs has be tidied up and invalid URLs removed. This now leaves only http://maps.google.com/maps?q=[Address].

Note, both Bing and Zoomin (NZ) no longer support iFrames, i.e. they block the content from being displayed, and therefore have been removed.
